Daily Prompt: A Tale of Two Cities
If you could split your time evenly between two places, and two places only, which would these be?
The prompt calls for two cities only, but I can’t. It has to be a tale of three cities.
I have to divide my time between three cities, Sugar Land, Riyadh and Peshawar. In the first two cities abide my children, and in Peshawar lies my own home.
Sugar Land is a suburb of Houston.
Peshawar, Riyadh and Sugarland
Three in a row it has to be
Symbolize home, daughter and son
All of them are important to me
I can’t let go one of them
They are my past, future and me

Three in a Row
On my eventual very slow tour of the world I want to visit these places. Three cities were already on my list. I’d never heard of Sugarland though I’m sure I should have done.

Sugar Land is in Houston, Texas. Houston comprises of small cities like Sugar Land, Pear Land, Missouri and so on. If you enlarge the map of Houston, you will come across the different cities. Each city has it’s own mayor.
Please do take care if you visit Peshawar. Daily bomb blasts in which people die is the life there. I don’t know who does it and why life is so cheap. God have pity on all of us. I won’t advise you to go there.

Thank you. I’ve still got commitments that will keep me in England for a year or two yet. Hopefully the situation in Pakistan will have quietened by the time I have both time and money together.
