When was the last time a stranger did something particularly kind, generous, or selfless for you? Tell what happened!
This was the time, when my daughter was studying at CWRU. My flight was from Cleveland, Ohio to New York.
I had fallen, and my left arm badly needed medical attention. I had no insurance, so I decided to go back to my home country to get treatment.
Reaching New York, and after getting down from the small plane, my arm went into frozen mode. I could barely pick up my bag and carry on. Walking from the plane to the building, I couldn’t manage anything.
I was struggling with my things, when a very old and frail couple behind me, nudged me aside. Together they picked it up the steps for me. I feel tears in my eyes at remembering it just now.
It was the same at the terminal. I was looking with despair in my heart at my things. A man came forward by himself, got me a cart, and put my bags in it.
I can never forget the kindness of total strangers to me. God bless them.

Thank You, I am fine now.
It was a hairline fracture, and for the next two years, my arm remained frozen. It was difficult to dress even. After numerous physiotherapy sessions and medical treatments, I got the use of my arm back.

A few years ago, I fell at a gas station and cut my forehead pretty badly. Two complete strangers (women) stayed with me until the paramedics came and offered to assist me in any way they could. I felt so very blessed and fortunate that such lovely people were present and selfless during an unpredicted situation!
