Desires Never End

Feeling Fancy
by Ben Huberman
You’re given unlimited funds to plan one day full of any and all luxuries you normally can’t afford. Tell us about your extravagant day with as much detail as possible.

Desires are limitless as the particles of sand on a beach.

We fail to enjoy what we have. We are always desiring things, and we don’t have the means to get them.

With the WordPress’s unlimited fund I will go on a holiday of a lifetime with my family.

And if there is more money to spare I will buy myself an Audi — but wait who is going to pay the tax, and then keep on paying the high insurance for it?

There is a poem by Ghalib (1797-1869):
Hazaron khwaisnain aisi har khwahish pe dam nikle
Bahut niklay armaan leken phir be kam nikle
Translation
A thousand desires like these, each worth dying for
Many of them I have realized ….. yet I yearn for more
