Eat, Drink, and Be Merry

…for tomorrow we die. The world is ending tomorrow! Tell us about your last dinner — the food, your dining companions, the setting, the conversation.

If the world is ending tomorrow………..I am more likely to be in prostration before God than doing anything else. I won’t be thinking of food, cause my stomach will be churning with worry, and anxiety.

Food, and drink would be forgotten

I will only feel apprehension

At the end of the world,

And finally meeting God

I will do feel elation

At the thought of seeing

My parents, and my husband

Mother will you recognize me?

You only saw me as a child

Father will you remember me?

You saw me in my teens

And dear husband

Will you be happy to see me?

Or your hands be around a hoor
