What one thing have you not done that you really want to do?

Surf. If I ever get to live by a sea side, I am going to learn.

How often do you get a haircut?

My last haircut at the hands of a hair stylist didn’t end well. I had a go at my own hair after that catastrophe. The front look is tolerable, but the back view isn’t one I would like to show anyone. I am putting on a brave front. In the real sense it doesn’t matter, cause going out I cover my hair with a scarf, so no one sees my hair.

I aim to find a new hair stylist. I hope I have a better experience next time.

In regards to puzzle what’s your choice: jigsaw, crossword, word search or numeric puzzles?

I have a lot of jigsaw puzzles on my iPad. Completing one puzzle is a must everyday. Nearly all of them are scenic places, castles and gardens.

How many cities have you lived? You can share the number of physical residences and/or the number of cities.

Have lived mainly in Houston, and Charlottesville, but have stayed with daughter in Riyadh, Troy, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Baltimore, Crozet, Boston, Raonoke, Michigan and Hartford.

Early life with late husband was Rajshahi, Sylhet, Dacca, Sialkot, Mangla, Lahore, Quetta, Abbotabad, Bannu and Peshawar. The city where my husband breathed his last was Rawalpindi.

Earlier life with both parents were in Mannsehra, Mardan and Kohat. After mother’s death my childhood spent with father was in Jhelum and Rawalpindi.

Optional Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I am grateful to God in everything in my life in the past, in my present life and future. This week I am looking forward to completing a doll for my three year old granddaughter. One leg and the dress are still to be crocheted

Confession

This is a confession of a person I know. She loves to play games on her iPad. Blitz seems to be her favorite nowadays. The other ones she likes, beside Blitz are, Angry Birds, Temple Run and Snoopy Coaster. She loves to do Jigsaw Puzzles. She has downloaded so many of them.

In the days gone by, she loved Nintendo. Her daughter brought it as a gift for her elder brother. The brother was incensed at her. At that time he was doing his job as an Electrical Engineer. “Are you out of your mind?” He asked Nola (his sister) sarcastically. Poor Nola was embarrassed, and thats’ when the person I know said she will try it. At the beginning, she was afraid of falling off in the virtual world and combatting dragons. Gradually she became a pro at it, when she did find time to play.

Eventually, she got all the games for her Nintendo. She loved being Mario, Jungle Boy, Aladdin, Batman and The Lion King. She dodged Zombies heroically, literally having her heart in her mouth, when she was playing it. DonkeyKong was one of her favorites too.

Her son bought for her a DSI. Now she could carry her games. She loved getting Wii as a present. It added a new dimension to her world. Her grand kids thought of her as a ‘cool’ grandma. They were delighted that she could play with them.

I am feeling terribly embarrassed, but the person I talked about, is Me.
