Myth

Brain Power
Let’s assume we do, in fact, use only 10% of our brain. If you could unlock the remaining 90%, what would you do with it?

It’s just a myth that ten percent brain is used. Brain cells that are not used have the tendency to degenerate. If ninety percent of the brain was inactive, the autopsy of the brain would have revealed large scale degeneration.

The brain works even when we are sleeping. It runs all the life support processes to keep us alive, rebuilding, and revitalizing our body.

If I could —

I would find ways, and means to sunshine, and laughter.

Create magnificent art.

Write best sellers.

Stop being shy, and awkward.

If only I could ——

When the Bell Tolls

Daily Prompt: Advantage of Foresight
You’ve been granted the power to predict the future! The catch — each time you use your power, it costs you one day (as in, you’ll live one day less). How would you use this power, it at all?

IMG_3970.PNG

The first thing I will try to find out is how long I am going to live. If I am going to have a long life, say 10-20 years of my life lost, it won’t matter to me.

I will try to use my power wisely, and based on future I will be making the right decisions for myself, and others as well.

If say I have only a year to live, I will spend my limited days in more prayers. Currently I only say my prayers five times a day.

I will try to notch up my good deeds with the bell tolling over my head.

One doesn’t know (power or no power) that the breath one takes, maybe it is the last one.
